Reserve Red Wine - Quinta Estação

It took many months of work between Quinta Estação, Paulo Sérgio, representative of Adega Mayor, the winemaker and Rita Nabeiro (granddaughter of the Comendador) to arrive at this choice of 3 great well-known grape varieties, touriga nacional, alicante bouschet and syrah, with 6 months of aging in oak barrels and 12 months of rest after bottling.
The result of this work was a surprising wine, smooth and very easy to drink.

The creation of the label was very well thought out, ending up using a photograph showing the old Madeira Radio station, where the Fifth Station is currently established, in the year 1868 and the peak of barcelos at that time.
The photograph was selected among many others that exist in the regional archive so that older people remember this time and younger people have knowledge of what Pico dos Barcelos was like in the middle of the last century.

It is now available to our customers.
